Motivation to change

Supporting and guiding O2 with building and implementing an atomic design system, so that product design activities become consistent, with fewer unique solutions to similar problems and speeding up both design and development, allowing designers and developers to focus on bigger and more specific problems.

A new design system was created for the company. Figma was undergoing big update and we started during the company’s agile transformation kick-off phase with the new org/team structure.
