Motivation to change

One of the challenges 02 had in the past was the slow responsiveness of the CRM systems, especially in the cases of complex search queries caused by complex data models in their legacy CRM.

As a solution, Elasticsearch was integrated into the current solution to dramatically speed up the search process.
